- Bring in new users/ organizations to embrace the e-collection business of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN)
- Deepen existing relationship
- Take ownership of other assigned duties
- Maintain customers' relationship and ensure loyalty through topnotch customer service delivery
- Understand the working operations of NHFs and establish a clear-cut approach to serving them, articulately and confidently;
