Job Description
Perform phlebotomy with minimum supervision
Organize and prioritize workload
Manage laboratory inventory
Perform bodily fluids testing e.g. urinalysis, total WBC count, blood grouping
Maintain safe environment
Maintain confidentiality of all patients and test results

Maintain adequate stock balance
Ability to enter laboratory results accurately with minimum supervision

Qualification
A diploma or its equivalent in Medical Laboratory Technician certificate
A minimum of 5 years post qualification work experience
