Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the setting up of the programme through to delivery of the new capabilities and the realisation of benefits.  This involves pro-active intervention and decision-making to ensure that the programme stays on track.  Also,  the effective management of issues, conflicts priorities, resources and communications.
At project level, the Programme Manager ensures that all projects adopted by the programme the project portfolio are managed in accordance with the governance arrangements.
As the programme is implemented, changes to policy, strategy, or infrastructure may have an impact right across the project portfolio, or outside the programme. The Programme Manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme, and develops and maintains the programme environment to support each individual project within it via the Programme Management Office PMO.
Once projects become established, the role of the Programme Manager focuses on monitoring interdependencies between projects and changes within the project portfolio. The day-to-day management and delivery of the projects will be carried out by the designated project teams.
Throughout the programme, the Programme Manager provides the ongoing "health check" of the programme by reassessing whether the projects continue to meet the programme's objectives and continue to use available funds and resources efficiently.

Desired Skills and Experience
8-12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & security planning, design and implementation
Experience in designing the infrastructure for project based on application requirements by understanding the dimensioning aspect.
Full lifecycle Programme Management, Program and schedule mgmt, Risk Issues Dependency mgmt, 3rd Party mgmt, Change Management, Communication Mgmt, Release Management.
Full control of all work streams, Planning and designing the programme and managing its overall progress.
Ability to manage large complex program in multivendor environment.
Evidence of being able to turn a high level strategy into a set of deliverables and key tasks
Very good communication skills oral, written, inter personal and customer interaction skills.
Excellent understanding of Telecom Business Processes eTOM/SID, ITIL, IIBA certified.
Show flexibility and good attitude towards taking up challenging task and delivering it
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision and take ownerships with ability to drive new initiatives
