Job Description 
Responsible for managing the overall financial plans and accounting practices within the Group, as well as manage the entire finance team. The jobholder will provide comprehensive financial information needed for sound business decision making to the relevant stakeholders. The incumbent will serve as a strategic thought-partner, report to the Lead Consultant and oversee all financial related activities of the organisation.

Skills
Working Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Conventions
In-depth Knowledge of typical financial regulations to the consulting environment.
Sound Business Acumen
Knowledge of Payroll Systems and Processes
Proficiency in the use of Accounting Package
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft  Office Package
Proficiency in Project Management
Effective Written Communication and Presentation Skills
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
Excellent Decision Making and Leadership  Skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Interpersonal skills

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of BSc in Accounting.
A professional certification in ICAN or ACCA is mandatory
Must have at least 5 years’ cognate experience, 2  of which must have been in a managerial position
Practical accounting experience in a consulting environment will be an added advantage.
